Howard Soule, Executive Vice President & Chief Science Officer of the Prostate Cancer Foundation highlights PCFs  25th-year milestone in shaping the direction of prostate cancer research in this conversation with Alicia Morgans.  Howard shares  how the foundation was started, how it is impacting prostate cancer research and the future directions of the foundations impactful work.  Howard shares his perspectives with Alicia about the mission of PCF and its 25th Annual Prostate Cancer Foundation Scientific Retreat that was held at the La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, CA. on October 26 – 28, 2018.  This event is the foremost scientific conference in the world on the biology and treatment of prostate cancer. The PCF Scientific Retreat reflects the unyielding commitment of PCF to ending death and suffering from prostate cancer. 

Biographies:

Howard R. Soule, Ph.D., Executive Vice President & Chief Science Officer, member of the Department of Defense Prostate Cancer Research Program Integration Panel. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Knowledge Universe Health and Wellness Group, a private investment firm focused on companies in the general areas of disease prevention and treatment. Dr. Soule has been with the Foundation for 19 years.

Alicia Morgans, MD, MPH, Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
