Aurea Molina Diaz discusses the PrInCIS-NIADY, a nationwide Spanish real-world study of adjuvant nivolumab in patients with high-risk PD-L1-positive muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma following surgery. In nearly 400 patients with 13 months of median follow-up, the 18-month disease-free survival estimate was 65.6% and median disease-free survival had not yet been reached. The cohort was older than the CheckMate 274 population with approximately 75% of patients over age 65, and grade 3/4 adverse events were seen in only 1%.
