| Metastatic Prostate Cancer: Treatment Landscape of Castrate Resistant M1 Prostate Cancer
|
| Elena Castro, MD
|
| Elena Castro discussing the current landscape of treatment for castrate resistant M1 prostate cancer. Dr. Castro notes that the current treatment landscape for mCRPC is as follows, but also highlights that this algorithm is based on conventional imaging modalities.

| Metastatic Prostate Cancer: The Role of PSMA Radioligand Treatment in Castrate Resistant M1 Prostate Cancer
|
| Matthias Eiber, MD, Ph.D.
|
| Matthias Eiber discussed the role of PSMA radioligand treatment in castrate-resistant M1 prostate cancer. Dr. Eiber notes that the short history of PSMA radioligand therapy dates back to 2012 and recently culminated earlier this year with the FDA approval of Pluvicto.

| Metastatic Prostate Cancer: Possible Synergies Between Radioligand and Systemic Treatment in M1 Prostate Cancer? Future Perspectives |
| Ken Herrmann, MD, MBA |
| Ken Herrmann discussed future perspectives for possible synergies between radioligand and systemic treatment in M1 prostate cancer. Dr. Herrmann notes that synergism of treatment is the holy grail, emphasizing that in the VISION trial 46.0% of patients had a >= 50% confirmed decrease in disease, and 33.0% of patients had a >= 80% decrease. |

| Recurrent Prostate Cancer: PSMA in Staging for Recurring Prostate Cancer |
| Stefano Fanti, MD |
In this presentation, Stefano Fanti discussed PSMA in staging of recurrent prostate cancer. With the potential of theranostics, improved accuracy, and ability to change management for patients, Dr. Fanti concluded that PSMA PET/CT is a game changer in the recurrent prostate cancer disease setting. Since 2012, >2400 articles have been published on PSMA PET/CT, it has been included in all major guidelines, and has also been incorporated into randomized clinical trials.

| Recurrent Prostate Cancer: Salvage Treatment Options for the PSMA Avid Lesion - Radiotherapy |
| Gert De Meerleer, MD, Ph.D. |
| Gert De Meerleer discussed radiotherapy as a salvage treatment option for the PSMA avid lesion in the setting of recurrent prostate cancer. Dr. De Meerleer cautions that it is imperative that urologists do not wait for the PSA to get above 0.20 ng/mL before referring to radiation oncology in order to not miss the window for cure. |

| Recurrent Prostate Cancer: Salvage Treatment Options For the PSMA Avid Lesion - Surgery |
| Tobias Maurer, MD |
| Tobias Maurer discussed surgery as a salvage treatment option for the PSMA avid lesion in the setting of recurrent prostate cancer. Salvage surgery for PSMA avid lesions has three potential uses, including local recurrence after non-ablative therapy, local recurrence after radical prostatectomy, and loco-regional lymph node metastasis. |

| Recurrent Prostate Cancer: Treatment Landscape of Hormone Sensitive Recurring M1 Prostate Cancer |
| Ursula Vogl, MD, MBA |
| Ursula Vogl discussed the treatment landscape of hormone sensitive recurrent M1 prostate cancer. Dr. Vogl started her presentation by noting that from a nomenclature standpoint hormone-sensitive recurring M1 prostate cancer is the same as metachronous metastatic hormone sensitive prostate cancer, which is typically stratified into low-volume and high-volume disease. |
