| TROPHY-U-01 Cohort 3 Primary Analysis Sacituzumab Govitecan in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Patients with Metastatic Urothelial Cancer That Progressed after Platinum-Based Therapy
| Petros Grivas, MD, Ph.D.
| Petros Grivas joins Alicia Morgans in a discussion on updated results of the phase II TROPHY-U-01 data from cohort 3, looking at the combination of pembrolizumab, anti-PD-1, plus sacituzumab govitecan against Trop-2 evaluated in 41 patients who had early progression resistance to platinum-based chemotherapy as a second-line therapy.

Jonathan E. Rosenberg, MD
Jonathan Rosenberg discusses Cohort K of the EV-103 trial assessing the efficacy of enfortumab vedotin monotherapy or in combination with pembrolizumab in previously untreated cisplatin-ineligible patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer.

| Primary Analysis of TROPHY-U-01 Cohort 3, a Phase 2 Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Patients with Metastatic Urothelial Cancer That Progressed after Platinum-Based Therapy
| Petros Grivas, MD, Ph.D,
| The immune checkpoint inhibitor pembrolizumab is the current standard of care for patients with metastatic urothelial carcinoma (UC) who progress following first-line platinum-based chemotherapy, yet only approximately 21% of patients will respond. These background data demonstrate the unmet clinical need for treatment of patients with metastatic UC in the post-platinum setting.

| Final OS Analysis of Atezolizumab Monotherapy vs Chemotherapy in Untreated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma from the Phase 3 IMvigor130 Study
| Aristotelis Bamias, MD
| Data from the final OS analysis of the IMvigor130 study of first-line atezolizumab in metastatic urothelial carcinoma was consistent with finding from the first and second interim OS analyses. Atezolizumab monotherapy continued to show better tolerability vs chemotherapy with no new safety concerns. These exploratory data support the benefit-risk ratio of atezolizumab monotherapy vs chemotherapy for first-line cisplatin-ineligible IC2/3 metastatic urothelial carcinoma.

| Matthew I. Milowsky, MD, FASCO
| These PRO data complement the encouraging efficacy and safety profile of EV + pembrolizumab in 1st line cisplatin-ineligible patients with locally advanced/metastatic urothelial carcinoma. EV + pembrolizumab is the first regimen in the 1st line setting to show clinically meaningful improvements in pain in cisplatin-ineligible patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma.
