| Assessing Intermediate Clinical Endpoints as Potential Surrogates for Overall Survival in Men with Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer
| Susan Halabi, Ph.D., FASCO
| In this presentation of work by the STOPCAP M1 consortium funded by the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Prostate Cancer UK, Susan Halabi presented new work testing whether radiographic progression free survival (rPFS) by CT and bone scan and clinical progression free survival (cPFS) are intermediate clinical endpoints (ICE) for overall survival in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC).

| [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET Baseline Imaging as a Prognostic Tool for Clinical Outcomes to [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 in Patients With mCRPC: A VISION Substudy
| Andrew J. Armstrong, MD, MSc
| Andrew J. Armstrong standing in for Phillip Kuo discussed the prognostic value of baseline [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET imaging in men undergoing theranostic treatment with 177Lu-PSMA-617 for heavily pre-treated metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) in the VISION trial.

| [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 in PSMA-Positive mCRPC: Prior and Concomitant Treatment Subgroup Analyses of the VISION Trial
| Nitin Vaishampayan, MD, BA
| Nitin Vaishampayan discussed a subgroup analyses of the VISION trial examining 177Lu-PSMA-617 in men with heavily pre-treated metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The clinical efficacy of 177Lu-PSMA-617 was observed to be consistent regardless of prior treatment or SoC chosen, suggesting that disease biology rather than prior and concomitant treatment context drives outcomes.

| TheraP: 177Lu-PSMA-617 (LuPSMA) Versus Cabazitaxel in Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer Progressing After Docetaxel—Overall Survival After Median Follow-Up of 3 Years (ANZUP 1603)
| Michael S. Hofman, MBBS (Hons), FRACP, FAANMS
| At the 2022 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting held in Chicago and virtually, the oral abstract session focused on Prostate, Testicular, and Penile cancers on Sunday morning included a presentation from Dr. Michael Hofman providing updated results of the TheraP trial, a randomized comparison of 177Lu-PSMA-617 (LuPSMA) and cabazitaxel in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) following docetaxel chemotherapy.

| Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer: The Future Is Now? - Discussion
| Susan F. Slovin, MD, Ph.D.
| Following three abstract presentations examining treatment approaches using theranostic treatment with 177Lu-PSMA-617 for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) Susan Slovin provided a discussion of these data. |

| Updated Overall Survival Outcomes in ENZAMET (ANZUP 1304), an International, Cooperative Group Trial of Enzalutamide in Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer
| Ian Davis MB, BS, PhD, FRACP, FAChPM
| Ian Davis discussed the updated overall survival outcomes in ENZAMET (ANZUP 1304), an international, cooperative group trial of enzalutamide in mHSPC. Enzalutamide added to testosterone suppression for mHSPC, and compared with an active comparator of non-steroidal anti-androgen +/- docetaxel, provided clinically meaningful improvements in OS for the combined overall cohort, which persisted with an additional 3 years of follow-up.

| A Phase 3 Trial of SHR3680 Versus Bicalutamide in Combination With ADT in Patients With High-Volume mHSPC |
| Ding-Wei Ye, MD, PhD |
| Ding-Wei Ye discussed the phase 3 trial of SHR3680 versus bicalutamide in combination with ADT in patients with high-volume mHSPC, the CHART study. CHART is a randomized, open-label, phase 3 study (NCT03520478). Patients with mHSPC were randomized 1:1 to ADT plus either SHR3680 (240 mg/d) or bicalutamide (50 mg/d). All patients had high-volume disease adapted from the CHAARTED study. |
