| Survivor Debate: NMIBC Refractory BCG: Cystectomy, Systemic Immunotherapy, Intravesical Chemotherapy |
| Seth Lerner, MD, FACS and James McKiernan, MD |
The 2022 American Urological Association (AUA) Annual Meeting included a plenary session and a debate regarding cystectomy, systemic immunotherapy, or intravesical chemotherapy for patients with BCG refractory non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) moderated by Dr. Tracy Downs and panelists Dr. Seth Lerner and Dr. James McKiernan.

| Final Clinical Results of Pivotal Trial of IL-15R&[alpha]Fc Superagonist N-803 with BCG in BCG-Unresponsive Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC) CIS and Papillary Cohorts |
| Karim Chamie, MD |
| Karim Chamie presented the results of N-803 in combination with BCG in patients with BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). Dr. Chamie concluded that, among 160 patients with BCG-unresponsive NMIBC, there is a 99% bladder cancer specific overall survival at 2 years after treatment with intravesical N-803 plus BCG. In patients with CIS, a 71% CR rate was seen with 24.1 months median duration of response and 96% absence of progression to MIBC at 24 months.

| Impact of 18F-RHPSMA-7.3 PET on Upstaging of Patients with Prostate Cancer Recurrence: Results from the Prospective, Phase 3, Multicenter, SPOTLIGHT Study |
| Mark Fleming, MD |
| In a podium presentation at the 2022 American Urologic Association Annual Meeting held in New Orleans and virtually, Dr. Fleming presented results from the SPOTLIGHT study examining the role of 18F-RHPSMA-7.3 PET in patients with biochemical recurrence (BCR) following local therapy for prostate cancer. |

| Bladder Cancer: Invasive I |
| Impact of Prior Intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Therapy for Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer on the Efficacy of Pembrolizumab in Patients with Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma |
| Rikiya Taoka, MD, Ph.D. |
| In a moderated poster presentation at the 2022 American Urologic Association Virtual Meeting held in New Orleans and virtually, Dr. Rikiya Taoka presented results of an analysis assessing the effect of prior bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) exposure on the efficacy of pembrolizumab when used for the treatment of metastatic urothelial carcinoma. |

|
| Primary Versus Secondary Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer: Comparing the Pathologic and Oncologic Outcomes Between Both Forms of Muscle Invasive Disease When Treated with Standard of Care |
| Tarik Benidir, MD, FRCS, MSc |
| Tarik Benidir presented an analysis aiming to understand the prognostic importance of primary versus secondary muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). While most patients with MIBC initially present in this state (primary MIBC), a proportion of patients with progress to muscle invasive following initial diagnosis and treatment of non-muscle invasive disease (secondary MIBC). |

| Prostate Cancer: Detection & Screening I |
| The Value of [F-18] Florastamin[R] PSMA PET/CT at Initial Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer Compared with mpMRI
|
| Hyeok J. Kwon, MD
|
| Hyeok Kwon discussed the value of [F-18] Florastamin[R] PSMA PET/CT at initial diagnosis of prostate cancer compared with mpMRI. This is the first study to use [F-18] Florastamin PET/CT as an initial diagnostic tool of prostate cancer. The result shows that clinically significant prostate cancer detection accuracy of PSMA PET/CT is higher than MRI, and location detection accuracy is also higher.

|
| Prostate Biopsy Targeted to PSMA Foci |
| David Kuppermann, MD |
| In this presentation, David Kuppermann discussed prostate biopsies targeted to PSMA foci. PSMA PET imaging is the most accurate imaging method known for detection of metastatic prostate cancer, but may also be useful for detecting intra-prostatic cancer. |

|
| Kidney Cancer: Advanced (Including Drug Therapy) I |
| Prospective Evaluation of ctDNA in Detecting Early Progression on Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Patients With Advanced Genitourinary Cancers
|
| Albert Jang, MD
|
| Albert Jang discussed the prospective evaluation of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in detecting early progression on immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with advanced genitourinary cancers. In this pilot study, ctDNA was frequently detected in advanced genitourinary tumors and serial changes in ctDNA were concordant with staging scans to monitor disease response to immune checkpoint inhibitors.

| Oncologic Outcomes in Patients Diagnosed with pT3aN0M0 Renal Cell Cancer According to Renal Vein Thrombus or Fat Invasion |
| Giuseppe Basile, MD |
| Giuseppe Basile discussed oncologic outcomes in patients diagnosed with pT3aN0M0 renal cell cancer according to renal vein thrombus or fat invasion. The natural history of patients with pT3a non-metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is extremely heterogeneous. |

|
| Outcomes of Nephrectomy for Renal Cell Carcinoma with Venous Thrombus Following Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy: A Multicenter Collaborative Study |
| Alireza Ghoreifi, MD |
| Alireza Ghoreifi discussed a multicenter collaborative assessment of outcomes of nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with venous thrombus following immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Nephrectomy and venous thrombectomy is a challenging procedure with potential morbidity and mortality. Despite the increasing use of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the management of advanced RCC, data regarding the outcomes of venous thrombectomy following immune checkpoint inhibitors is limited. |

| Immune-Related Adverse Events Associated with Better Survival Outcomes for Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Treated with Nivolumab + Ipilimumab
|
| Kazuyuki Numakura, MD
|
| Kazuyuki Numakura discussed immune-related adverse events and survival outcomes for metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) patients treated with nivolumab plus ipilimumab. This study retrospectively evaluated 89 patients with metastatic RCC treated with nivolumab + ipilimumab from multiple institutions.
