Health-Related Quality of Life Assessment for Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma in the CLEAR Trial
Bradley McGregor, MD
| The combination of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab in the CLEAR trial was found to significantly improve PFS, OS, and objective response rate as first-line therapy for patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma. In this conversation, Drs. Bradley McGregor and Rana McKay discuss the updated analysis as well as the health-related quality-of-life data that was presented at the 2021 ASCO meeting.

Durability and Long Term Outcome of Enfortumab Vedotin + Pembrolizumab in the EV-103 Study in Cisplatin-Ineligible Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma
Terence Friedlander, MD
| Alicia Morgans and Terence Friedlander discuss updates from the EV-103 study. The EV-103 study is a phase one/two clinical trial that looked at the combination of enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab in previously treated patients with cisplatin-ineligible metastatic urothelial cancer.

| Update on Urine Markers for Hematuria and Bladder Cancer |
| Yair Lotan, MD |
| Yair Lotan joins Ashish Kamat in a slide presentation discussion on urine markers for hematuria and bladder cancer. Dr. Lotan overviews a number of recently published papers and new studies in this space. He highlights limitations and challenges with cytology, the current role of markers and where they stand in clinical use, and urinary markers that are available as well as in development for patients with bladder cancer and hematuria. |

| Future Therapeutic Approaches in Renal Cell Carcinoma
| Hans Hammers, MD, Ph.D.
| The treatment landscape in the first-line therapy of metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) has rapidly evolved over the past 3 years. In spite of all these changes, more changes are coming. In a presentation at the European International Kidney Cancer 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting, Hans Hammers discussed future therapeutic approaches in RCC.

| Perioperative Immunotherapy in Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer |
| Michiel Van Der Heijden, MD, Ph.D. |
| Michiel Van Der Heijden focused this talk on perioperative chemotherapy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). He started off by noting the steady progression of immuno-oncology (IO) earlier in the MIBC disease course. It was first approved as second-line systemic therapy for metastatic bladder cancer, then was integrated as maintenance therapy following chemotherapy with stable disease/partial response. Therefore, it was only natural that it would be evaluated in the perioperative setting. |

| Health-Related Quality of Life with Adjuvant Nivolumab v. Placebo After Radical Resection For High-Risk Muscle-Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma: Results From The Phase 3 CheckMate 274 Trial
| Jürgen Gschwend, MD, Ph.D.
| Jürgen Gschwend reports the impact of nivolumab vs. placebo on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) outcomes in the CheckMate 274 trial. Based on the results, HRQoL in MIBC patients treated with NIVO was non-inferior to patients treated with PBO. Taken together with earlier clinical evidence, these results demonstrate that NIVO prolonged DFS without compromising HRQoL.

| Modern Bladder Cancer Warfare: Does "Leave No Bladder Behind" Ethos Still Apply?
| Alex Kutikov, MD, FACS
| In this presentation, Alex Kutikov discusses the current applications for radical cystectomy and perhaps how to spare certain bladders while minimizing risk of disease progression. Bladder cancer care is complex. Bladder substitution is not ready for prime time, but we need to continue to be innovative. Prediction of pT0 disease is challenging, but holds tremendous opportunities for sparing bladders. Patient/physician preference and risk tolerance will continue to drive clinical care for now.

| Avelumab First-Line Maintenance + Best Supportive Care (BSC) vs BSC Alone with 1L Chemotherapy for Advanced Urothelial Carcinoma: JAVELIN Bladder 100 Subgroup Analyses |
| Petros Grivas, MD, Ph.D. |
| Petros Grivas presents the results of a pre-specified subgroup analyses of the JAVELIN Bladder 100 trial. Dr. Grivas concluded that the benefit of first-line avelumab maintenance following chemotherapy (with best supportive care) provides an overall and progression free survival benefit across all pre-specified subgroups of patients. |
