Effective Resolution of Bone Metastases in Patients with Metastatic Prostate Cancer Using SYNC-T Therapy SV-102

SYNC-T SV-102 demonstrated early clinical activity in 15 men with metastatic prostate cancer, including an 87% overall response rate and complete responses in more than half of patients. Among those with bone metastases, 7 of 13 had complete radiographic resolution, and treatment was generally well tolerated with mostly low-grade side effects.

Clinical Responses to SYNC-T Therapy: In Situ Personalized Cancer Vaccination with Intratumoral Immunotherapy in Patients with mCRPC

SYNC-T SV-102 demonstrated early activity in 15 men with mCRPC, including complete responses, partial responses, and complete resolution of some bone metastases, with most patients responding within approximately two months. Safety data showed encouraging tolerability, supporting further evaluation in the ongoing Phase 2a study.
