| Overall Survival With Darolutamide Versus Placebo in Combination With Androgen Deprivation Therapy and Docetaxel by Stratification Factors in the Phase 3 ARASENS Trial |
| Bertrand Tombal, MD, Ph.D. |
| The 37th Annual European Association of Urology Congress held in Amsterdam, Netherlands between July 1st, and 4th 2022 was host to a prostate cancer “Game Changing Session”. Dr. Bertrand Tombal discussed results from the Phase 3 ARASENS trial evaluating overall survival with darolutamide versus placebo in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and docetaxel by stratification factors. |

| Phase 3 ARASENS Trial Discussion - Darolutamide and Survival in Metastatic, Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer |
| Jan Philipp Radtke, MD, MBA |
| Professor Jan Philipp Radtke led a discussion session following Dr. Tombal’s presentation: “Overall Survival with Darolutamide versus placebo in combination with androgen deprivation therapy and docetaxel by stratification factors in the phase 3 ARASENS trial”. |

Improvements in Metastatic Prostate Cancer: Focus on Imaging and Treatment

|
| Cohort Study of Oligorecurrent Prostate Cancer Patients: Oncological Outcomes of Patients Treated With Salvage Lymph Node Dissection via PSMA Radioguided Surgery |
| Sophie Knipper, MD |
| Sophie Knipper discussed oncological outcomes of patients treated with salvage lymph node dissection via PSMA radioguided surgery. PSMA PET allows detection of small and/or atypically localized metastatic prostate cancer lesions. In a subset of patients with recurrent oligometastatic prostate cancer, salvage surgery with PSMA-targeted radioguidance may be of value. |

| Lifetime Risk of Prostate Cancer Death Among High-Risk Germline Mutation Carriers |
| Roderick Clark, MD |
| Roderick Clark discussed the lifetime risk of prostate cancer death among high-risk germline mutation carriers. This is the first study to estimate lifetime risk of metastatic disease and death among carriers with high-risk mutations. In particular, patients with a BRCA2 mutation experience an extremely high risk of prostate cancer death. Novel prevention strategies should be encouraged within this population. |

| Exploring the Association Between Cardiovascular Disease Risk and Gonadotropin Releasing Hormones Agonists (GnRH) and Prostate Cancer Diagnosis in Men with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: A Nationwide, Population-Based Cohort Study
|
| E. Lin, MD
|
| Ms. Lin presented the results of a nationwide, population-based cohort analysis exploring the association between cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk, gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists (GnRH) and prostate cancer (PCa) diagnosis in men with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).

| Safety and Tolerability of Long-Term Treatment with Darolutamide in Patients with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer |
| Egils Vjaters, MD |
| In this presentation, Egils Vjaters notes that darolutamide, a structurally distinct and highly potent androgen receptor inhibitor, has demonstrated a favorable safety profile in patients with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) per results from the phase 3 ARAMIS trial. These findings are consistent with those previously reported, demonstrating a favorable safety and tolerability profile of darolutamide. |

| Novel Framework for Treatment Response Evaluation Using PSMA-PET/CT in Patients with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (RECIP 1.0): An International Multicenter Study |
| Andrei Gafita, MD |
| Andrei Gafita presented a novel framework for treatment response evaluation using prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-PET/CT in patients with metastatic prostate cancer (RECIP 1.0). PSMA-PET/CT by RECIP 1.0 is prognostic for overall survival and can be used as a response biomarker to monitor early efficacy of 177Lu-PSMA in men with mCRPC. |
