PLEASE NOTE: The LUGPA Annual Meeting is open to LUGPA members only. If you are not a member and would like to join, or are unsure of your practice’s membership status, please call the LUGPA executive office at (847) 517-7225.

LUGPA REGISTRATION PROCESS:
All individual LUGPA urologists and practice administrators were emailed a passcode on 8/11/2016. That passcode must be used in order to login and register for the LUGPA Annual Meeting.
*If you are a LUGPA urologist or administrator and did not receive the email with the passcode, please contact the LUGPA office at (847) 517-7225 and someone will assist you.
After your registration is processed, you will receive an email with the following information: meeting registration confirmation, hotel reservation form and information on booking airfare through a contracted travel agent. Please note that we ask you not to arrange travel at this time and rather use the forms you will receive in your confirmation to book all travel arrangements at once.
