Phyllis A. Sheldon, RN, CNS-BC, CUCNS


Phyllis Sheldon is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist in urology. She has a variety of medical and surgical nursing experiences but has specialized in urologic care, with focus on neurogenic bladder since 1999. In addition, Phyllis is a clinical nursing instructor at 2 local colleges.

Phyllis is Urologic Clinical Nurse Specialist at a freestanding Rehabilitation center. Her practice involves counseling and educational support for patients, healthcare team members and caregivers. Phyllis performs urodynamic testing for hospital inpatients and outpatients as well as referrals from local urology practices.

Phyllis is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, the honor society of nursing, Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates and the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists and holds certifications in Medical Surgical Nursing and as Urologic Clinical Nurse Specialist.
