A 70-year-old patient was treated in September 2017 for a malignancy in an ileal conduit (IC) which he received in 2009 for the treatment of prostate cancer. The tumour was found incidentally during a routine sonography.

Adult granulosa cell tumours are extremely rare and usually benign but sometimes can assume an aggressive behaviour. A 31-year-old man presented with a 45 mm testicular mass. Radical orchiectomy was performed.

Post-traumatic vesicocutaneous fistula (VCF) is a rare variant of urinary fistulas. These fistulas may externally communicate to abdomen, perineum, buttocks, scrotum or very rarely thigh. Dermoid cysts are benign developmental lesions consisting of tissues of more than one germ cell lineage origin. The urinary bladder is a very rare location of dermoid cysts. We report a case of an 18-year-old woman who presented with suprapubic pain, dysuria and turbid urine.
