Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) represents cancer originating from the renal epithelium and accounts for > 90% of cancers in the kidney. Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is overexpressed in tumor-associated neovascular endothelial cells of many solid tumors, including metastatic RCC.
