Urologic Oncology
Jan 18, 2019 - Jan 20, 2019

 Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the ESOU Board, it is with great pleasure to welcome you to the 16th Meeting of the European Section of Oncological Urology (ESOU19) which will take place from 18–20 January 2019 in the historic city of Prague, Czech Republic.

The principal aim of this ESOU meeting is to further strengthen the onco-urology global community giving the participant the opportunity to connect, exchange new ideas and strategies in the development of knowledge, innovation and improved patient care in onco-urology.

This diverse scientific programme will include debates on prostate, bladder and renal cancer. The multidisciplinary approach to a given cancer will be illustrated and discussed with clinical case presentations, video sessions and point counterpoint discussions. This year’s programme will include courses from the European School of Urology (ESU) which are led by renowned European experts. The MRI reading course for urologists, which was extremely popular in 2018, will be repeated this year.

One of the most important characteristics of the ESOU meeting is to involve and support young European urologists. The very successful STEPS programme, now in its 9th year, aims to boost links with promising young clinicians specialising in urological cancers. This session allows specially selected young urologists to discuss cases with established international experts.

The ESOU Board are fully committed to compiling a stimulating and attractive programme and have invited an international faculty of well-known highly experienced and motivated specialists.

We look forward to seeing you in the beautiful city of Prague!
