Q1. I would like to read the full text version of an abstract or summary that you have listed. Why don't you provide full text access?
A1. UroToday only publishes abstracts or summaries that we have been given permission to publish. Full text articles of abstracts are copyrighted to the journals that originally published them, therefore we cannot publish the full text or provide our readers with access to the full text. Readers have to purchase a subscription to the journal or pay for use from the journal's websites. UroToday International Journal is UroToday's open access solution to the free full text access to peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts. You can always view full text articles on UIJ. http://www.urotodayinternationaljournal.com

Q2. Why do I have to login or register to read articles on UroToday?
A2. UroToday provides all services to readers free of charge and goes to great lengths to consistently provide the most current and relevant material. Requiring free registration allows UroToday to extend additional valuable services to readers. Some of those services are the option to receive disease specific emails, engage in educational opportunities, real-time urology and oncology conference coverage and much more.

Q3. I don't have much time and want to know how to quickly find what I am looking for, can you briefly describe how the information is broken down on the website?
A3. UroToday focuses on the disease conditions that urologists treat patients for. The left hand navigation is a selection of these disease and within each area you will find the latest news and scientific developments relevant to just that disease. The menu along the top grants quick access to our most recent scientific conference coverage as well as archives from past years. There is an event calendar, advanced search and the UroToday International Journal, the open access, fast-tracked, peer-reviewed urology and urologic oncology journal of UroToday. Member sign up information and valuable resources are available through the right hand menus.

Q4. How do I get UroToday to login me in automatically in my next visit after I create an account?
A4. Check the "remember me" box underneath the login form. This will allow your browser to save your login information until the next time you delete your browsers privacy data or cookies and temporary files.

Q5. I used to get logged in automatically and now my username and password are not stored in the login fields?
A5. Check your browser preferences for the privacy data settings. When you delete your cookies, cache or privacy data depending on your browsers' settings you could be deleting your passwords as well. If you have updated your browser recently or deleted your cookies since your last visit UroToday should save your login information but still prompt you to "login".
