Philip M. Hanno, MD
Philip M. Hanno, MD, MPH is a Professor of Urology in the Division of Urology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Medical Director of the Department of Clinical Effectiveness and Quality Assurance of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He has been Chief of the Division of Urology of the Philadelphia Veterans Administration Medical Center, a Professor of Urology at the University of Pennsylvania, Professor and Chair of the Department of Urology at Temple University School of Medicine, and a Medical Officer in the Division of Reproductive and Urologic Drugs in the Food and Drug Administration.He is currently on the FDA urology advisory committee. He has an interest in interstitial cystitis and female urology, and is Co-Chair of the Medical Advisory Board of the Interstitial Cystitis Association. He is Chair of the Audiovisual Committee of the American Urological Association and a member of the Program Committee and Education Council of the AUA as well.
