WCE 2009 - In vivo determination of urinary stone composition using dual energy computed tomography with advanced post-image acquisition data processing - Session Highlights

MUNICH, GERMANY (UroToday.com) - Using preoperative dual energy CT scanning (DECT), the authors were able to obtain information on stone composition in 17 patients, which proved to be 100% accurate when the stones were subsequently removed and analyzed.
