Part I: Testicular Cancer--Management of Early Disease
For patients diagnosed with early-stage testicular cancer radical orchidectomy is the primary therapeutic intervention. The major pathological types of testicular cancer are seminoma and non-seminomatous germ-cell cancer.

Part II: Testicular Cancer--Management of Advanced Disease
Up to 80% of metastatic germ-cell tumours are curable with conventional chemotherapy. The combination of cisplatin, bleomycin, and etoposide has become the gold standard in this disease.
