Angiotensin Receptor Antibodies Can Cause Renal Allograft Rejection

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Some patients with refractory vascular renal allograft rejection and accelerated hypertension have pathogenic antibodies directed at the angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptor, investigators report in the New England Journal of Medicine for February 10.
