Editorial - Androgen Receptor Expression in Prostate Cancer Cells Is Suppressed by Activation of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor and ErbB2
BERKELEY, CA (UroToday.com) - In the online version of Cancer Research, a group of Harvard investigators report that the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor (EGFR) and tyrosine kinase ErbB2 can negatively regulate the androgen receptor (AR) in prostate cancer models.
