BERKELEY, CA (UroToday.com) - Trade-offs. In this matched-pair study, 43 pairs of same sex patients with similar size proximal ureteral stones and similar degrees of hydronephrosis were treated with either SWL (Dornier Lithotriptor S) or semirigid ureteroscopy.
