Introduction and Objectives: We sought to determine whether self-reported long-term outcomes of women with refractory interstitial cystitis (IC) as measured by two validated questionnaires, the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and the patient global assessment survey (GAS), supports the use of cystectomy with bladder substitution in the treatment of refractory IC.
