Finally an article that cuts throught the chase and to the point. Painful bladder syndrome is a disease in itself. I was diagnosed years ago and that has changed several times. Ive gone through biopsies, bladder instillations, prostate resection and many different meds. The point of this is that no one really knows how to treat it. Patients must take control of their treatment and try to help themselves. The doctors diagnose, prescribe meds or do cysto and then see you in 3 to 6 months. The patient can treat the symptoms continuously on their own. - a patients perspective.
