40+ years Cystitis, Interstitial Cystitis history. Myofascial physical therapy is the only therapy I've experienced that consistently reduced discomfort levels (not related to active infection). Be interesting to see what degree of permanent relief was possible if treatment length was not limited by expense (as MPT is usually not covered by most health insurance plans).
