Actually the answer is both, since it’s a point of service test. So what I like to do when the patient shows up at the window to check in, we immediately get a urine specimen for NMP22 and by the time they work through the system and are about to get their cystoscopy I already have the answer to the NMP22 back, and the nice thing is it gives me the answer before the cystoscopy, but keeps the patient from having to make an extra visit to the office or lab to get that test done.
