Clinical Research Study

Now Enrolling Subjects with
Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer


A Randomized Double-Blind Phase 3 Trial Comparing Docetaxel Combined with Dasatinib to Docetaxel Combined with Placebo in Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer – CA180-227


Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria

  • Confirmed prostate cancer
  • Progressing disease despite castration status (i.e., castration-resistant)
  • Metastatic disease requiring chemotherapy
  • No prior chemotherapy (except for estramustine) or current anti-androgen therapy
  • No currently active CNS disease and/or secondary malignancy
  • No pleural or pericardial effusion
