Surgery Training Program

To Urologic Surgeons:
The Astellas Surgical Education Center’s minifellowship program in Urology is the first and only training program of its kind in the United States. There are only two attendees per week who work
closely with a dedicated instructor and other UC Irvine faculty in didactic and hands-on laboratory sessions along with observation of surgical procedures in the area of focus.
The mini-fellowship program provides a unique, one week, focused training for postgraduate urologists in the areas of ureteroscopy plus percutaneous renal surgery, needle ablative cryotherapy of renal tumors, laparoscopic reconstructive surgery, or robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy on an ongoing, weekly basis.
You may complete the Mini-Fellowship application form, include the additional required documents, and fax them to Cynthia Shell, Urology Education Coordinator. - FAX: 714-456-5062
Attached is the brochure (application form).
Registrants are responsible for the course tuition fee and all travel expenses (flight, hotel, food, parking, etc.).
If you have any questions, please feel free to call Cynthia Shell, Tel: 714-456-5371.
We welcome your participation.
