The Division of Urology at the University of Utah seeks candidates for a position in female urology. This position will focus upon clinical practice and resident education; based upon applicant research interests, this position can take either a tenured or non-tenured appointment track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. There is the option for involvement in clinic and surgical cases at the Salt Lake VA Regional Medical Center (negotiable based upon applicant’s interests). Our program currently includes 10 MD faculty, 1 PhD, 8 residents (2/yr) and 6 mid-level practitioners. The Urology Center at the University of Utah is juxtaposed to the Pelvic Care and Continence Center (PCCC). The PCCC includes physicians and practitioners from urology, OB/GYN (Peggy Norton and Ingrid Nygaard), colorectal surgery (Brad Sklow), gastroenterology, an others. There is substantial opportunity to collaborate on NIH-sponsored research projects within this multi-specialty clinic.
