1. Introduction:

Cisplatin-based chemotherapy is highly effective as treatment of advanced nonseminomatous testicular germ cell cancer. Surgical resection after chemotherapy is a standard approach to remove enlarged (≥10mm) retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
