Introduction and Objectives: In order to evaluate the diagnostic and treatment utility of urodynamics (UDS) in men with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) consisting of LUTS suggestive of BOO, overactive bladder (OAB), and post-prostatectomy incontinence (PPI), we compared the clinical diagnosis and plan with the diagnosis and plan after UDS.
