wonder if that 1.8% positive surgical margin rate is in all Walsh\'s patients or his t1c low risk patients? Wonder how much of that 1.8% is pre-operative decision making - i.e. to save or resect a bundle? Wonder how he goes about making that decision? Wonder if he uses intra operative frozen sections.
