I noticed that chronic pain after vasectomy was mentioned in this summary. Since post-vasectomy pain is the most common complication of vasectomy that can adversely affect quality of life, I was surprised that it only got a sentence. The treatment with the best results for PVP is vasovasostomy. Why must "surgery be avoided" in the treatment of PVP?
