SAN FRANCISCO, CA (UroToday.com) - Androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT) decreases PCSM, but may be associated with greater risk of incident coronary artery disease (CAD), myocardial infarction and diabetes. Data from RTOG 85-31, a large trial of radiotherapy with or without ADT was used for this analysis.
