Very well done. Brilliant. One of my concerns is that many surgeons speak of the benefits of the slings or the tapes without being aware of the potential risks of the procedure. I used to tell my residents that there is no such thing as a simple procedure. Slings are great but they are not without problems Thanks. Damian Alagia MD FACS, FACOG
